Queens Empowering Through Opportunity (Queens.E.O.) was born from the vision of creating a space where Black women entrepreneurs are seen, supported, and celebrated. More than just a network, Queens.E.O. is a sisterhood rooted in purpose, where women uplift one another through business development, mentorship, and authentic connection.

Founded on the belief that every woman deserves the opportunity to lead with confidence and power, Queens.E.O. is committed to equipping both current and aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive. Through curated events like pop-up shops, pitch competitions, showcases, and mentorship initiatives, we help our members build bold brands and lasting legacies.

Our foundation is guided by the pillars of T.H.R.O.N.E.—Tenacious, Honorable, Resilient, Opportunistic, Noble Entrepreneurs. These values are not just words; they reflect the spirit of our community. We carry ourselves with resilience in the face of challenges, honor in our leadership, and tenacity in our pursuit of excellence. We recognize every opportunity as a stepping stone toward greater impact, and we uplift one another with the noble intention to build, grow, and lead as powerful entrepreneurs.

Yet, our mission extends beyond entrepreneurship. We are just as passionate about reaching the next generation of young Black girls who deserve to see success that looks like them. By mentoring and inspiring them early, we help plant the seeds of self-worth, leadership, and ambition that will empower them to dream boldly and take charge of their futures.
